The player always starts the run with 10 coins and 4 basic Arliths:

The first run the player has to do the tutorial
After completing it, the player can access the random generated building: Either the Smith or the Mage Tent.
After deciding or not to upgrade the Arliths, the player has to defeat the Tavern Master of the town in order to progress to the next town. The player can’t go to the previous town, so they have to think it through before leaving.
Once the player goes to the next town it has some options, either go to upgrade the Arliths, or to fight directly any of the 3 opponents (in the House or in the Tavern).
